Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book my flower preservation?

You can book through the contact form. Once I know your date and what you’d like made, I’ll confirm availability and send full instructions for posting or dropping off your flowers safely.

When should I book?

It’s best to book as early as possible — ideally before your wedding or event. Spaces fill quickly, and early booking guarantees a place for your flowers while they’re fresh.

Can you preserve flowers from a past event?

Sometimes! If your flowers are only a few days old and haven’t completely wilted, I can often still preserve them. Send a photo and I’ll let you know what’s possible. I can preserve already dried flowers too!

How do I send you my flowers?

Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll send packaging and postage instructions. Local customers can also arrange a drop-off in person.

How long does the process take?

Each piece is carefully dried, designed, and poured in resin layers. Turnaround is usually around 12-20 weeks, depending on the season and order size. I cannot promise a specific time frame as I am working with mother nature! I understand you are eager to have your keepsakes back but I don’t like to rush the process!

What types of flowers can you preserve?

Most blooms preserve beautifully — roses, peonies, daisies, delphiniums and more. Some delicate flowers may change slightly in colour or shape, and I’ll advise if something isn’t suitable.

What can I have made?

Choose from resin blocks, hearts or keepsake ornaments. I’ll guide you through sizes and design options during booking. You can browse through my flower preservation shop section for ideas if you need inspiration.

Can I include extra items like ribbon or charms?

Yes — I can often include small items such as ribbon, lace, or charms to make your keepsake even more personal.

How long will my keepsake last?

With proper care, your resin piece will last for many years. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from high heat to protect clarity and colour.

Do you return unused flowers?

Generally no, however, leftover blooms can be returned if you would prefer or used to create additional small pieces if you’d like. I’ll check your preference when you book.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes! Gift vouchers are available and make thoughtful presents for weddings, anniversaries, and memorials.

What happens if my flowers arrive damaged or delayed?

If there’s a delivery issue, I’ll contact you straight away to discuss options. I’ll always do my best to preserve what I can.

How do I care for my resin keepsake?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, moisture, and prolonged sunlight. Your keepsake is designed for display, not everyday handling.
